The LUISS Guido Carli and the Università di Roma “Tor Vergata” are very pleased to organize the 39th Annual Conference of the European Association for Research in Industrial Economics (EARIE) which is scheduled to take place 2-4 September 2012 in Rome, Italy.
Cambridge University Press will be attending the event, displaying many of it’s latest, best selling economics titles from many academics and EARIE members. Our editorial team will be in Rome to answer any questions about becoming an author and all titles will be discounted at 20% for the duration of the meeting.

tion for Research in Industrial Economics (EARIE) was founded in 1974 under the auspices of the International Institute of Management (IIM), following an initiative undertaken by well-known industrial economist, Frederic M. Scherer, and his then junior colleague, Jürgen Müller. It has since flourished under the administration of the European Institute for Advanced Studies in Management (EIASM). The aim of the Association is to provide a professional society for academics and practitioners with an interest in the field of Industrial Economics. EARIE consists of its members, an Executive Committee, and two floating sub-committees (the Scientific Committee and the Local Organising Committee) that are carefully selected to manage the main event of the Asssociation, the EARIE Annual Conference.

The 5th International conference on Computational and Financial Econometrics (CFE’11) will take place at the Senate House, University of London, London, UK, 17-19 December 2011. Tutorials will be given on Friday the 16th of December 2011. This conference is organized by the London School of Economics, Queen Mary, University of London and Birkbeck University of London.
